Job summary

Syntax Enclosure System Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a capable Sales Admin/Customer Service Assistant to help handle enquiries, quotations, orders and document processing.

You will coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure on-time shipments, assist the Sales team in daily tasks, and participate in stock counts and store liaison. Proficiency in English, Chinese, and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent.
• Proficient in English and Chinese for client communication.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in email correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers' enquiries and complaints.
• Generate quotation, sales order, invoice, delivery order for customers.
• Assist Sales Executive / Manager in sales administrative day to day activities.
• Ensure products are shipped on time (liaise with operations manager & logistic team).
• Involve in cycle count and yearly stock take.
• Liaise with store colleagues closely and go to store often for follow up tasks.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Job description

• Ensure products are shipped on time (liaise with operations manager & logistic team).
• Involve in cycle count and yearly stock take.
• Liaise with store colleagues closely and need go to store often for follow up job.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
• At least GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
• Proficient in English and Chinese to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
