Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant experience in sales coordination, events or printing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel/Word).
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process Quotations, DOs and POs accurately and timely.
• Maintain records of quotations, PO numbers and invoice details in Excel.
• Follow up with clients on project progress to meet deadlines.
• Update installation tracking lists in Excel.
• Coordinate with installers and production to ensure smooth execution.
• Conduct stock takes when required.
• Manage stock shipments and warehouse storage.
