Job summary

MEDIALINK PRINTING SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Loyang, Singapore, is seeking a proactive coordinator to assist Salespersons across industrial printing, publishing, premium gifts, events and exhibitions.

You will prepare job sheets, arrange proofs and mock-ups, and liaise with customers on artwork and production schedules. The role requires strong organisation, English and Mandarin communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Entry level diploma/degree holders welcome.
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking personnel.
• Independent, self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to work in Loyang area.

Responsibilities

• Support Salespersons on projects such as industrial printing, publishing, premium gifts, events and exhibitions.
• Create Job Sheets, arrange colour proofs and mock-ups, and liaise with customers on artwork and production schedules.
• Monitor work in progress and coordinate with planning for materials and with logistics for distribution.
• Follow through projects to ensure execution and delivery according to customer requirements.
• Monitor quality on finished goods and service and collect feedback when needed.
• Deliver service excellence and maintain consistent quality of service.
• Handle paperwork such as sample filing and purging of old jobs.
• Based in the office with occasional client meetings with sales personnel.
