Job summary

Million Advertising & Silk Screen Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Sales Support professional in Singapore to act as the bridge between customers and production. You will prepare quotations, coordinate with production on orders, ensure timely delivery, and handle invoicing while learning our products and processes.

You will report to the Sales Manager, develop product knowledge, and grow within a small team. On-site role with comprehensive training provided and opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• GCE O-Level or equivalent with at least 2 years in sales support or order processing.
• Proficient with computers and quick to learn new software.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple jobs with proactive follow-up.
• Clear English communication for customers and colleagues.
• Friendly, cooperative attitude toward customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries by phone and email with clear information.
• Prepare and send quotations and invoices, and process customer purchase orders.
• Confirm job details, specifications and delivery dates with customers, and coordinate with production to monitor job progress.
• Keep customers updated on order status and follow up on quotations and repeat orders.
• Resolve order issues by liaising with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records in our systems.
• Prepare delivery notes, assist in arranging deliveries, and share stock reordering on a team rotation.
