Qualifications

• Produce and process Quotations, Delivery Orders and Purchase Orders accurately and timely.
• Maintain records of quotations, PO numbers, and invoice details in Excel.
• Follow up with clients on project progress to meet deadlines.
• Update installation tracking lists and coordinate with teams in Excel.
• Coordinate with installers and production to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct stock takes for clients when required and manage stock shipments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with installers and the production department for smooth project execution.
• Maintain clear documentation of quotations, DOs and POs.
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery and installation.
