Job summary

RECRUIT EXPERT PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Sales Coordination professional responsible for coordinating orders, liaising with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely processing and delivery fulfilment.

You will prepare sales and purchase orders, invoices, debit/credit notes, and shipping documents, support quotation activities, and maintain accurate records for sales, PO and inventory in a fast-paced EMS environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of sales coordination or order processing experience in EMS, electronics manufacturing, or semiconductor industry.
• Familiar with SAP or other ERP systems and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive team player capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
