Job summary

A recruitment company located in Singapore is searching for a candidate to oversee daily sales operations and manage customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will coordinate with various departments and assist in preparing tender documents. This position offers a basic salary of up to $3000, with working hours from Monday to Friday. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sales operations and order processing (POs, DOs, SOs, quotations, invoices).
• Manage high volumes of customer inquiries and provide timely support.
• Maintain communication with key customers as needed.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Marketing teams.
• Assist in preparing tender documents and reports.
• Attend regular product training sessions conducted by vendors.
