Job summary

VIX MARKETING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with quotation processing, sales orders, and inventory management. The role reports to the Head of Department and requires strong coordination across internal teams.

Job Description

We need to hire sales coordinator to ensure members of the staff are supported in terms of processing quotation, sales orders, and manage inventory. This person will be reporting directly to the H.O.D

Duties and responsibilities

• Provide sales and administrative support to sales team.
• Preparation /Processing of Sales Orders and DO and handling of documentations.
• Updates and manage inventory, issue PO and handling of receiving.
• Coordinate with internal operation team on delivery schedule or resolve arising issues in a timely manner.
• Any other ad-hoc job as assigned by the H.O.D.
• Familiarity in flooring industry and flooring material will be a benefit for hiring consideration.

Job requirements

• Minimum O Levels, Nitec, HNITEC, Diploma or equivalent
• Team player with positive work attitude, independent and able to work under fast pace environment.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Words
