Job summary

Vix Marketing Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Sales Leader to drive flooring product sales. You will lead a small team of 2-3 sales personnel, plan strategies, meet targets, and build strong client relationships with retailers and contractors.

The role requires travel to visit customers, analyze market trends, and report on market conditions. A Diploma or Bachelor degree with related field, plus solid communication and management skills, are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor Degree with related field, experience, analytical and leadership quality.
• Strong human relation and management ability.
• Proven sales experience in the flooring industry is essential. Candidates must have a strong understanding of flooring products, customers, and market trends.
• Independent and objectives driven.
• Strong communication skills.
• Candidates with a valid Class 3 driving licence are preferred.
