Job summary

KIM ANN ENGINEERING PTE LTD is seeking a customer service associate to manage inquiries, quotations, and order processing from our Joo Koon site. You will liaise with customers, track deliveries, and ensure timely payments while maintaining strong relationships.

The role requires attention to detail, good communication, and a customer-oriented mindset. Candidates with an engineering background are preferred. 5-day work week, location at Joo Koon.

Qualifications

• N level / O level / Nitec / Higher Nitec (or 2 years working experience in similar role).
• Engineering/Technical background preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• 5 working days per week; Singapore location: Joo Koon.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and handle customer enquiry.
• Assist in preparing quotations and order processing.
• Monitor delivery and liaise with customers.
• Follow up on enquiries and on time payment by customers.
• Maintain good rapport and improve customer relations.
• Ensure all enquiries and orders are processed, checked, documented and filed.
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Attentive to details, effective follow up skills and customer oriented mindset
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• 5 working days per week
