FLOORRICH GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a showroom-based Customer Service Associate to assist walk-in customers and support sales activities. You will help customers select flooring solutions, provide product information, and ensure a smooth sales process.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, coordinating with the sales team, preparing materials, and maintaining an organized showroom. The role offers a basic salary plus commission and requires a minimum GCE N/O level or equivalent.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 0900 to 1730 hours; alternate weekends, 1200 to 1700 hours
