Job summary

Vix Marketing Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with quotations, sales orders, and inventory management. This role reports directly to the Head of Department (H.O.D.) and involves coordinating with operations to ensure timely deliveries and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum O Levels/Nitec/HNITEC/Diploma or equivalent.
• Team player with positive work attitude; able to work under fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel/Words.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and administrative support to sales team.
• Preparation/Processing of Sales Orders and DO and handling of documentation.
• Update and manage inventory, issue PO and handling of receiving.
• Coordinate with internal operations team on delivery schedule or resolve issues.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by H.O.D.
• Familiarity with flooring industry and flooring materials is a plus.

We need to hire sales coordinator to ensure members of the staff are supported in terms of processing quotation, sales orders, and manage inventory. This person will be reporting directly to the H.O.D

Duties and responsibilities

• Provide sales and administrative support to sales team.
• Preparation /Processing of Sales Orders and DO and handling of documentations.
• Updates and manage inventory, issue PO and handling of receiving.
• Coordinate with internal operation team on delivery schedule or resolve arising issues in a timely manner.
• Any other ad-hoc job as assigned by the H.O.D.
• Familiarity in flooring industry and flooring material will be a benefit for hiring consideration.
