Required to work on alternate Saturdays

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Sales Team in coordinating daily job flow
• Handle customer calls/emails and process orders
• Provide real-time updates on job progress in the Transport Management System
• Coordinate with customers to ensure smooth delivery and service satisfaction
• Liaise with internal departments to promptly resolve customer requests
• Ensure proper job closure, including documentation and billing
• Perform administrative duties such as filing and record-keeping
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

• Preferably with knowledge and experience in transportation/logistics
