LEFLOW SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with order processing, pricing coordination, and customer inquiries.

The role involves liaising with Operations and Sales to ensure timely delivery, tracking orders, and maintaining stock records for accurate inventory management and reporting.

We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support in the sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Order processing:Prepare quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, andother related documentation.
• Administrative Sales Support:Provide sales support to the Sales team, including pricing coordination and technical clarifications.
• Customer Service Assistance:Directly engage withcustomers when necessary to address inquiries or concerns and provide support.
• Procurement Support:Source and compare product pricing from suppliers tosupport cost-effective purchasing decisions.
• Coordination with Stakeholders:Liaise with Operations and Sales team to coordinate and ensure timely delivery of goods tocustomers.
• Project Monitoring & Reporting:Track project progress, performance, and any issues, taking corrective actions as needed toensure successful outcomes. Ensure timely submission of project-related documentation.
• Sales Order Monitoring:Track and monitor sales orders frominitiation to fulfilment, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Stock Management: Maintain accurate stock records and ensure timely updates ofinventory data in the system.

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC or Diploma in any discipline
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in related field
• Problem-solver and possess positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and also team oriented.
