Job summary

SINHUA HOCK KEE TRADING (S) PTE LTD is seeking a capable Sales Support professional to manage end-to-end order processing, liaise with customers, coordinate logistics, and support the sales team with quotations and documentation.

The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. ERP data management and after-sales support are also part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: GCE 'N' Level or Diploma in Business/Logistics.
• 1–3 years in sales support, customer service, or admin coordination preferred.
• Proficiency in English for client communication is required.
• Competent with MS Office; data entry and billing systems experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Order management: process end-to-end including PO, DO, and invoices.
• Liaise with customers via phone and email on pricing, availability, and promos.
• Coordinate with warehouse and shipping for delivery schedules and order fulfilment.
• Support outdoor sales by preparing quotations, cost estimates, and sales docs.
• Maintain accurate records in the ERP system and manage customer databases.
• Handle after-sales service, feedback, and returns with timely resolutions.

Job Scope & Key Responsibilities

• Order Management : Handle end-to-end processing of customer orders, including issuing Purchase Orders (PO) , Delivery Orders (DO) , and Invoices .


• Customer Liaison : Respond to inquiries via phone and email regarding product pricing, availability, and promotional details.


• Logistics Coordination : Collaborate with the warehouse and shipping teams to schedule deliveries and ensure smooth order fulfillment.


• Sales Support : Assist the outdoor sales team by preparing quotations, cost estimates, and organizing sales documentation.


• Data Administration : Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer databases in the ERP system.


• After-Sales Service : Manage customer feedback and returns, ensuring timely resolution and service recovery.

Requirements & Criteria

• Education : Minimum GCE 'N' Level or a Diploma in Business, Logistics, or a related field.


• Experience : 1-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative coordination is preferred.


• Languages : Proficiency in Language is required to communicate effectively with clients and partners.


• Technical Skills : Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/outlook) and experienced with data entry and billing systems. MS Dynamic knowledge Advantages
