The Vine Search Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented candidate to handle data entry and sales order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely updates to customers.

You will assist in sales enquiries, provide accurate quotations, liaise with operations and delivery teams, and support the sales team to meet department objectives.

Formación

• GCE N/O levels or equivalent; NITEC preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel for documentation and data entry.
• Strong communication and a positive work attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Perform data entry and ensure accurate, timely processing of sales orders.
• Assist in sales enquiries and provide accurate quotations as directed.
• Liaise with operations to confirm order readiness and with customers on delivery requirements.
• Support the sales team in achieving department objectives.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry, ensure accurate and time process of sales orders as per customers requirements
• Assist in sales enquiries and providing accurate sales quotations as directed
• Liaise with the relevant operation departments from confirmed order till readiness for delivery
• Liaise with customers on the delivery requirements
• Support sales team in achieving the department objectives
• Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned

Requirements:

• GCE N/O levels/NITEC
• Proficient in MS Office skills, especially MS Word and Excel
• Good communication skills and positive work attitude
• Pleasant personality
• At least 1-year work experience, preferably in the related field
• Fresh diploma holders can be considered
