Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp and phone.
• Prepare quotations, work orders and project documents.
• Coordinate and schedule daily technician routes.
• Monitor progress and coordinate with technicians.
• Assist internal project/site team with basic after-sales matters.
• Provide timely updates and support to customers.
