Job summary

JS TIMBER PTE LTD, a Singapore-based door specialist, seeks a driven Sales & Project Coordinator to manage enquiries, prepare quotations and coordinate orders from enquiry to installation. You will work closely with customers, sales, installers and production teams to ensure smooth progress and accurate documentation.

The role demands strong organisation, proactive ownership and excellent communication skills, with responsibility for multi-project coordination, timely follow-ups and ensuring

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N' level.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable communicating with customers through WhatsApp and phone.
• Sales-oriented with a strong ability to follow up and close deals.
• Organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented, especially with measurements, specifications and orders.
• Proactive, responsible and able to work independently.
• Good problem-solving and coordination between teams.
• Willing to learn about doors, hardware and installation processes.
• Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Experience in sales, project coordination, interior design, renovation, construction or building materials is an advantage.
• Experience with WhatsApp Business or CRM systems is an advantage.
• Class 3 driving licence is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, walk-ins and other channels.
• Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable door solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations.
• Proactively follow up with customers and convert enquiries into orders.
• Coordinate the sales and project process from quotation to order creation.
• Prepare accurate order forms, job sheets and production instructions.
• Ensure product specs, measurements, finishes, colours, hardware and accessories are captured.
• Coordinate confirmed orders with production/manufacturing team.
• Follow up on production progress and ensure on-schedule completion.
• Coordinate with installers for site measurements, delivery and installation.
• Communicate project updates to customers and manage expectations.
• Handle customer queries and resolve project issues promptly.
• Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, orders and status.
• Follow up on outstanding payments where required.
• Build good customer relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Assist with general sales and administrative duties when required.

We are a Singapore-based door specialist providing a wide range of door solutions, including timber doors, fire-rated doors, aluminium doors, invisible flush doors, sliding doors, sound-resistant doors and customised door solutions.

We are a growing team looking for a driven, responsible and customer-oriented Sales & Project Coordinator to join us.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, communicating with customers and coordinating projects, and is able to take ownership of a job from the initial enquiry through to production and completion.

Job Summary

You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, preparing quotations, following up on sales opportunities and coordinating confirmed orders with our internal teams.

You will work closely with customers, sales, installers and our production/manufacturing team to ensure that every project progresses smoothly from enquiry → quotation → order → production → installation → completion.

The ideal candidate should be organised, proactive and comfortable handling multiple projects at the same time.
