Job summary

EXIMDIS PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore seeks an operations coordinator to manage purchasing, stock updates, and supplier liaison for smooth warehousing and order fulfillment.

The role focuses on timely procurement, accurate records, and close collaboration with operations and warehousing teams to ensure inventory availability for daily orders, including next-day logistics. Working hours: 7 am to 4 pm.

Responsibilities

• Create purchase orders and process supplier invoices in the system.
• Update and maintain incoming stock when necessary.
• Communicate with operations and warehouse team on supplier lead time.
• Collaborate with operations and warehousing to ensure smooth order receiving.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding ordering and shipments.
• Consolidate next-day orders and ensure inventory availability.
• Check inventory and obtain approval before placing orders.
• Monitor order readiness and ship dates; process GRN on arrival.
• Compile data from platforms to prepare next-day driver schedules.
• Assist with packing orders in the warehouse.

Operations

• Create purchase orders and process supplier invoices in the system
• Update and maintain incoming stock when necessary
• Communicate with operations and warehouse team on supplier lead time
• Work closely with operations and warehousing teams to ensure smooth order receiving and fulfillment
• Liaise with suppliers regarding ordering and shipments
• Consolidate next day orders and ensure sufficient inventory availability
• Check inventory and get approval to place order where necessary
• Ensure the goods are purchased promptly upon instructions, monitoring the orders readiness date/ship date. Process Goods received note (GRN) upon arrival within stipulated time
• Compile order data and consolidate orders from various platforms to prepare next-day driver schedules
• Assist with packing of order in warehouse

Invoicing

• Create tax invoices to customers
• Create new SKU in the system when necessary
• Print Statement of Account to send to customers

Working hours : 7 am to 4 pm
