Job summary

BARWORKS WINE & SPIRITS PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Assistant to manage day-to-day billing and inventory tasks in Singapore. You will prepare invoices and delivery orders, maintain stock records, and ensure timely payment entries, collaborating with a cross-functional team.

The role requires accuracy, good communication, and the ability to work independently. Candidates should be familiar with ERP/accounting software and able to support other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in billing, inventory, or administrative roles.
• Proficient in data entry and document verification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with ERP or accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Tally and verify documents for consistency before filing.
• Ensure payments are properly recorded and assist with processing in the system.
• Maintain and monitor inventory levels, ensuring accurate recording.
• Perform general data entry duties across relevant systems.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks and provide cross-department support.
• Identify and implement improvements in billing, inventory and payment processes.
• Generate reports on invoices, payments, and inventory for management.
