About the role

We are looking for a Sales Admin / Telesales Coordinator with the right attitude, good communication skills and willingness to learn. You do not need to be an experienced salesperson. If you are comfortable speaking with customers, responsible with your follow-ups and willing to learn, we are prepared to train you in product knowledge, customer handling, quotations, telesales and account management. This role is suitable for someone who wants to start in an indoor sales and coordination position, while gradually building the confidence and skills to grow further in the sales line.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone and email
