Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking a capable Sales Admin / Sales Coordinator to support the sales team and daily commercial activities. This role offers flexibility and growth into Account Management or Sales Executive as you demonstrate reliability and commercial acumen.

You will handle quotations, customer follow-ups, samples coordination, and maintaining sales records while collaborating with purchasing, warehouse, and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, Excel and basic office applications.
• Organised and able to follow up on multiple tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, responsible and customer-oriented.
• Able to work independently without constant supervision.
• Experience in sales administration, customer service, coordination or sales support is an advantage.
• F&B, foodservice, seafood, meat, wholesale or distribution experience is an advantage but not required.
• Open to candidates without direct sales experience who are willing to learn.

• Follow up on customer enquiries, orders and product requirements

About the role

We are an established seafood, meat and frozen food wholesaler supplying restaurants and F&B businesses across Singapore. We are looking for a capable and responsible Sales Admin / Sales Coordinator to support our sales team, customers and daily commercial activities. This is not a heavily structured desk-bound role. If you communicate well and can manage your responsibilities independently, we give you room to work with flexibility and grow at your own pace. For candidates who enjoy communicating with customers and show good commercial ability, there will also be an opportunity to progress into Account Management / Sales Executive, with greater independence and earning potential.
