Job summary

The role involves handling invoices, updating CRM, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and ensuring smooth delivery of products and services at Ang Mo Kio. 2+ years in sales support with SAP knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
• 2+ years in sales support or sales administration.
• Experience in security tech, IT, networking or PA systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for customers on products, orders and inquiries.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales Team.
• Prepare and manage quotations, sales orders, invoices and statements.
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback via phone and email.
• Update customer and sales data in internal systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for logistics.
