We are looking for a responsible, organised and detail-oriented Sales Admin Executive to join our growing mortgage advisory company.
You will work closely with our mortgage specialists and sales team, providing administrative and coordination support throughout the client and sales process. Your role will focus on ensuring sales documentation, client information, follow-ups and administrative processes are handled accurately and efficiently.
This role is suitable for someone who enjoys supporting a sales team, coordinating with clients, managing documents and keeping processes organised, while gaining valuable exposure to the mortgage and financial services industry.
Provide administrative and sales support to the mortgage advisory and sales team
Assist mortgage specialists with client documentation, application forms and submissions
Prepare, check and organise sales and client-related documents
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and databases
Assist with data entry and updating information in internal systems
Coordinate appointments, meetings and client follow-ups
Follow up with clients on required documents and information
Support mortgage specialists in tracking client applications and sales progress
Liaise with clients, internal teams and relevant external parties when required
Assist with preparing reports, sales records and administrative documents
Support the team with onboarding and other sales-related administrative processes
Assist in organising company activities, monthly gatherings and team events
Perform other sales administrative and operational duties as assigned
Minimum Diploma qualification or equivalent
Prior experience in sales administration, customer service, banking, financial services, mortgage or related industries will be an advantage
Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable communicating with clients and supporting a sales team
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Responsible, proactive and willing to learn
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing environment
No cold calling or direct sales experience is required, but candidates with sales support experience will be an advantage
