You will provide backend administrative and operational support, handling documentation, data entry and follow-ups to ensure mortgage applications are processed accurately.

We are looking for a responsible, organised and detail-oriented Mortgage Admin Executive to join our growing mortgage advisory team.
You will provide backend administrative and operational support to our mortgage specialists, assisting with documentation, application processing, data entry and follow-ups to ensure mortgage applications are handled accurately and efficiently.
This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy administrative and documentation work and would like to gain experience in the mortgage and financial services industry.
Provide day-to-day backend administrative support to the mortgage advisory team
Assist with preparing, checking and organising mortgage application documents
Ensure client information and documentation are complete and accurate
Maintain and update client records and application status
Assist with data entry and updating internal systems
Follow up on outstanding documents and information
Coordinate with mortgage specialists, banks and relevant parties when required
Organise and maintain proper filing of client and application documents
Track the progress of mortgage applications and assist with administrative follow-ups
Prepare basic reports, records and administrative documents
Assist with appointment scheduling and internal coordination
Support general office administration and operational matters
Assist with company activities and team events when required
Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Minimum Diploma qualification or equivalent
Prior experience in administration, banking, insurance, property, mortgage or financial services will be an advantage
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable handling documents and administrative processes
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Responsible, proactive and willing to learn
Able to work independently as well as in a team
