Job summary

KnowBe4, Inc. is seeking an Onboarding Consultant in Singapore to guide customers through setup and activation of Security Awareness, Cloud Email Security, and Risk Management products. You will work with Sales, CSMs, and Engineering to ensure a smooth onboarding.

The role emphasizes hands-on platform configuration, best-practice guidance, and delivering high-value use cases into production, with a focus on customer success and timely deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education preferred.
• 2 years experience in Customer Implementation and Onboarding in IT Security or AI/SaaS space.
• Experience in Customer Implementation, Support, or Business Analysis roles.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM.
• Experience with PSA/Time-Tracking tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with Gmail and Google Docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation for new customers, ensuring timely deployment of the KnowBe4 platform.
• Collaborate with Sales and CSMs to design onboarding plans aligned to customer goals.
• Provide hands-on setup, configuration, and initial training.
• Serve as primary contact for customers during onboarding and address inquiries promptly.
• Offer guidance on integrating KnowBe4 products into a customer’s technical environment.
