Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Onboarding Specialist, APAC, to guide new customers in Singapore through their first 30–90 days, from sale to go-live. You will own onboarding, collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Product, and Engineering, and help scale processes across APAC.

Fluency in Mandarin and Singapore work authorization are required. You will shape onboarding practices as a founding member of the Singapore team, driving clear value for customers with

Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer onboarding, implementation, or related customer-facing SaaS experience.
• Clear, thoughtful communicator across phone, video, and email, able to adapt to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Foundational knowledge of APIs and comfortable working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Own new customer relationships from sale through go-live and act as trusted guide.
• Lead implementation: scope definition, project plans, resourcing, timelines.
• Provide proactive, strategic advice on best practices for onboarding and marketing workflows.
• Support customers on integrations, data setup, marketing strategy, and ecommerce configuration.
• Explain complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical users across multiple platforms.
• Diagnose software issues and drive resolution through established processes.
• Review dashboards, address issues early, ensure consistent messaging across touchpoints.
• Monitor onboarding health and escalate risks when needed.
• Create health plans and post-mortems to document best practices.
• Document troubleshooting steps for the APAC knowledge base.
• Provide product insights to Product/Engineering to improve integrations and UI.
