Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking an IT Systems Engineer to support onboarding, implementation, and operation of solutions on the harmonized IT platform. You will work with project teams, architects, cybersecurity, and infrastructure engineers to onboard endpoints, servers, applications, and DevSecOps workloads while ensuring governance and security standards are met.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, cloud engineering, platform operations, or related fields.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Understanding of endpoint, server, virtualization, and networking technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
• Basic understanding of DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and software delivery practices.
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash is advantageous.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles, IT governance, and operational best practices.
• Exposure to virtualization, containerization, and cloud-native technologies.
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding of endpoints, servers, applications, and DevSecOps workloads onto the Group IT platform.
• Assist project teams in evaluating requirements and recommending infrastructure, platform, and cloud services.
• Participate in solution design discussions, architecture reviews, and onboarding assessments.
• Support integration of applications with enterprise services and shared platforms.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and procedures.
• Manage vendors and support operations for infrastructure across on‑prem and cloud.
• Provision, configure, and maintain infrastructure services across environments.
• Monitor health, availability, performance, and capacity to ensure reliable delivery.
• Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis; support patch management and security remediations.
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and automate via AI/tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enable successful delivery and user onboarding.
