Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR) is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager for Outreach and Community Engagement within the National Robotics Programme Office. The role supports EAIC activities, coordinating events, industry visits and partnerships with researchers and industry partners in Singapore.

You will develop engaging content, maintain stakeholder networks, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and report on engagement outcomes.

Qualifications

• A university degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years in outreach, community engagement, events management or programme coordination; public sector or research environment preferred.
• Strong writing, reporting and meeting notes skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Familiarity with robotics or AI ecosystem is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver outreach and community engagement activities connecting companies, researchers, IHLs/RIs and EAIC partners.
• Manage events, workshops, industry visits and networking activities, including invites, registrations and logistics.
• Support engagements through research, meeting prep and coordination of follow-ups.
• Build and maintain stakeholder records and connect partners with EAIC colleagues and activities.
• Contribute event content and photography to EAIC communications and publicity materials.
• Coordinate outreach campaigns and capture feedback to improve future activities.
• Manage procurement, budgets and external vendors for outreach, and prepare reports and notes.
