This role suits someone passionate about technology education and working with students, trainers, schools and overseas partners. You will drive programme development, quality assurance, trainer development, curriculum resources, and international expansion while maintaining high technical and teaching standards

Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical and educational operations of programmes across Singapore and overseas
• Support the launch and implementation of programmes in centres and international markets
• Establish and maintain consistent technical and teaching standards across centres
• Work closely with teachers and overseas partners to resolve operational and technical issues
• Conduct regular programme reviews and recommend improvements
• Develop, review and improve robotics, STEM, coding and AI programmes for students
• Design hands-on learning activities, robotics challenges and project-based learning experiences
• Develop structured learning pathways from beginner to advanced levels
• Ensure programmes are age-appropriate, engaging and aligned with current technology trends
