Job summary

NSCC Singapore, part of A*STAR, seeks a Senior Manager / Senior Assistant Director to lead strategic communications, events and stakeholder engagement. The role strengthens NSCC’s profile in HPC, AI and advanced digital infrastructure, both locally and internationally.

You will drive the events program, manage budgets, vendor relations and outreach campaigns while supporting branding and publicity efforts for national priorities and international partnerships.

Qualifications

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Events Management or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in corporate communications, marketing or stakeholder engagement.
• Proven track record leading medium to large conferences and events.
• Experience with technology, research, innovation sectors is preferred.
• Strong messaging across platforms and senior stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement events and stakeholder engagement strategies aligned with goals.
• Lead planning and delivery of local and international events and outreach programmes.
• Oversee participation in major international technology and research events.
• Create engagement programmes with seminars and symposia for key stakeholders.
• Manage event budgets, procurement, sponsorships and post‑event reviews.
• Coordinate with vendors and agencies to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor metrics and stakeholder sentiment to inform strategies.
• Support integrated communications and branding across platforms.
• Contribute to MCIR strategic plans and reporting for leadership.
