Job summary

A*STAR Research seeks a Manager / Senior Manager to lead communications for the National Robotics Programme and provide executive support to the EAIC Centre Director. You will develop and implement communications plans, manage the EAIC website and social channels, coordinate publicity and events, and support travel, calendars and meetings.

Degree in communications with at least 3 years in corporate affairs or executive support is required, with strong writing, coordination and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Degree in Communications, Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years in communications, corporate affairs, executive support or related role; public sector/research environment preferred.
• Experience implementing communications plans, creating content and managing websites and social media.
• Excellent written and oral communication; translate technical inputs into accessible content.
• Experience supporting senior leadership with strong organisational skills and discretion.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
• Sound judgement, professionalism and discretion with confidential information.
• Proactive, adaptable; manage competing priorities under pressure.
• Familiarity with robotics/AI industry or research ecosystem is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support EAIC communications plans, messages, and profile building.
• Manage EAIC website and social channels: content planning, editing, publishing, approvals.
• Prepare publicity materials and coordinate announcements; assist media work with corporate teams.
• Provide executive/personal assistant support to the EAIC Centre Director: calendar, travel, correspondence.
• Prepare briefs, presentations, and meeting records; coordinate inputs across teams.
• Coordinate procurement, track expenditures, and manage vendors for communications activities.
