Job summary

A*STAR's National Robotics Programme Office (NRPO) is seeking a self-motivated professional to join EAIC, supporting outreach and community engagement. You will plan events, manage stakeholder networks and coordinate activities with researchers, IHLs/RIs and industry partners to promote embodied AI and robotics initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Events Management or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant outreach/community engagement/events coordination experience.
• Experience planning and delivering events and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to prepare meeting notes and engagement reports.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail; ability to coordinate multiple activities.
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to deliver outcomes under pressure.
• Familiarity with robotics or AI sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver outreach and community engagement activities connecting companies, researchers, IHLs/RIs and EAIC.
• Manage events, workshops, industry visits and networking activities including invitations, registration and logistics.
• Support partner engagements with background research, meeting prep and follow-up actions.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships and engagement updates; connect partners with EAIC colleagues.
• Contribute content for EAIC communications and coordinate outreach to target participants.
• Manage procurement, budgets and external vendors for outreach activities and prepare event reports.
