Job summary

AsiaVerify seeks a RevOps Analyst to own the systems, data and reporting behind commercial growth. You will treat HubSpot as the single source of truth for marketing, pipeline and customer data, and translate that data into actionable reporting and forecasting for the ELT and leadership team.

You will build dashboards, ensure data quality, support pricing and GTM operations, and collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Marketing to drive growth across Asia.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or CRM administration.
• Strong working knowledge of HubSpot across Marketing, Sales and Operations Hubs; certification is an advantage.
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Own Marketing’s commercial performance reporting and prepare KPI inputs for ELT, GTM, Monthly Commercial Review and Board cycles.
• Own HubSpot as the marketing and commercial system of record, including pipelines and workflows; enforce CRM governance.
• Maintain lifecycle definitions and SLAs between Marketing, SDR, Sales and Client Success; monitor handoffs.
