AsiaVerify is seeking a RevOps Analyst to own the systems, data and reporting behind the company’s growth. You will manage HubSpot as the single source of truth for marketing, pipeline and customer data, turning it into actionable reporting and forecasts for the leadership team.

You will build business-level reporting, dashboards and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Collaboration with ELT and cross-functional stakeholders is essential to drive growth decisions.

Formación

• Hands-on experience in Revenue Operations or CRM administration.
• Strong HubSpot knowledge across Marketing, Sales and Operations Hubs.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Understanding of B2B sales funnels, lifecycle stages, pipeline management and forecasting.
• Experience building dashboards and reports that drive decisions.
• Comfortable with integrations and documenting systems and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Build and run AsiaVerify's marketing and commercial reporting with HubSpot as source of truth for data, reporting and forecasting.
• Prepare ELT and GTM reporting for ELT, GTM forum and Board.
• Ensure numbers are accurate, consistent and delivered on time for leadership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and document processes so teams actually adopt.
