Job summary

Salt is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst in Singapore to own the data cadence and convert data into insights that shape partnerships growth. You will work with cross-functional teams to publish performance data, monitor partner performance, and surface root-cause analyses to drive business decisions.

The role involves managing budgets and SOPs for the Product Partnerships team, with a 12-month renewable contract and opportunities to scale impact across global partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, sales operations, partnership operations, or business operations.
• Proficiency in SQL or equivalent query languages is a strong plus.
• Experience tracking operating expenditure and reconciliation with Finance/Procurement.

Responsibilities

• Own the team's recurring data cadence, extracting, validating, and publishing performance data to track progress against targets.
• Monitor partner and vertical performance, identify gaps and risks, and surface insights to business owners with root-cause analysis.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support performance improvement initiatives and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Track progress and outcomes of global partnerships programs across verticals like Messaging and Commerce, building leadership-ready reporting views.
• Own budget and resource allocation processes for the Product Partnerships team, collaborating with Finance to submit budgets and refine SOPs.
