Qualifications

• 4-8 years' experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Business Operations or a similar role.
• Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or similar systems.
• Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
• Strong sales and marketing skills with the ability to influence and drive change.

Responsabilités

• Support the day-to-day operation of Korum Legal's commercial engine across business development, account growth and marketing activities.
• Manage and optimise lead tracking, opportunity management and pipeline reporting processes.
• Ensure commercial opportunities are accurately recorded, maintained and progressed through the CRM.
• Monitor commercial activity levels and identify areas for process improvement.
• Collaborate with Marketing to track campaign performance, lead generation activity and conversion outcomes.
• Drive adoption of systems and processes across the commercial function.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
