Inter Island Group Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Retail Supervisor to lead island-wide store teams and ensure excellent customer service. You will manage scheduling, performance, merchandising, stock control and daily operations to drive sales and store standards.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in retail, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Full-time role in Singapore with a focus on delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of retail staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
• Ensure the store is well-organised, clean, and visually appealing with effective merchandising displays
• Monitor and achieve store sales targets, analysing sales data and implementing strategies to drive revenue
• Provide exceptional customer service, actively resolving complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain stock levels, manage inventory accurately, and conduct regular stock counts
• Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations
• Train and develop team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Handle cash management and process transactions with accuracy
• Report on store performance and provide feedback to senior management
• Coordinate with head office on promotional campaigns and new product launches

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Retail Supervisor to join our team, and branches are Island Wide. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our retail store environment. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be at the heart of our customer-focused business, responsible for leading a team of retail staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales performance. What we're looking for

• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience in a retail environment
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a diverse team
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet performance targets consistently
• Sound knowledge of retail operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and customer service standards
• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail management software
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
• Willingness to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, when required
• Preferably, a secondary school qualification or higher, with retail or customer service qualifications being advantageous
