Job summary

Moda Paolo Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced sales manager to motivate and lead the sales team, build strong relationships with customers, and execute management direction with autonomy.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of managerial exposure, solid knowledge of retail operations, and the ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Salary will be offered based on experience and qualifications.

• Able to motivate and lead the sales team.
• Good sense of communication. Able to build and maintain strongrelationships with sales team and customer.
• Able to work in full autonomy and yet able to follow thedirection and strategy of the management.
• Good fashion sense and keeping up to date with current trends.
• Good knowledge of retail business.
• Able to train promoters and improve the visual merchandising.
• Understand the market, competitors and brand environment.
• At least 5 years of managerial exposure.
• Experience in retail operations, liaising with suppliers,merchandising, etc.
• Able to work shifts hours/weekends/public holiday.
• Customer service oriented.
