A retail management service provider is seeking a Supervisor in Singapore to oversee store operations. Responsibilities include coaching team members, driving sales, and managing inventory while implementing customer service policies. The candidate must have excellent communication skills and 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a retail environment. The role offers a salary range of $1600 - $2500 and includes benefits such as AWS and quarterly incentives.

• $1600 - $2500 (Inclusive of $100 for travel subsidy, $100 for perfect attendance allowance)

• Quarterly incentive for confirmed staff (Depending on the performance of the outlet which the staff is assigned to)

Requirements

• Must have excellent communication skills, as the ability to implement and manage store policies is highly dependent upon this skill.
• Excellent teamwork and management skills are a must. Prior experience in similar position in a retail environment will be advantageous.
• Min requirement of 1 – 2 year of supervisory experience
• Relevant experience – sales, customer service, work with mall management / computer skills / lead team
• Able to speak simple English
• 6 days work week, need to work on PH, rotating off day
