Job summary

A retail management service provider is seeking a Supervisor in Singapore to oversee store operations. Responsibilities include coaching team members, driving sales, and managing inventory while implementing customer service policies. Requirements

• Must have excellent communication skills, as the ability to implement and manage store policies is highly dependent upon this skill.
• Excellent teamwork and management skills are a must. Prior experience in similar position in a retail environment will be advantageous.
• Min requirement of 1 – 2 year of supervisory experience
• Relevant experience – sales, customer service, work with mall management / computer skills / lead team
• Able to speak simple English
• 6 days work week, need to work on PH, rotating off day
