Responsibilities

• Develop and execute merchandising and sales strategies to achieve department sales, stock, and profit targets.
• Manage buying budgets, merchandise mix, inventory levels, and space planning to maximize sales and minimize losses.
• Analyze market trends, consumer demand, and competitor activities to recommend merchandise assortment and new suppliers.
• Strengthen online store performance by integrating and maximizing synergy with physical store operations.
• Plan and manage sourcing, procurement systems, and overseas buying schedules, including delivery timelines.
• Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable commercial terms and execute key vendor programs.
• Oversee day-to-day department operations, sales performance, and cost control, including manpower expenses.
• Prepare and analyze sales, profit, stock, and budget reports in line with company requirements.
• Plan and execute advertising, promotional activities, and merchandising displays to drive customer engagement.
• Leverage digital marketing initiatives to support business growth for both physical and online stores.
• Lead, motivate, and develop staff through effective manpower planning, on-the-job training, and performance management.
• Conduct annual performance appraisals and support staff professional development.
• Ensure high standards of customer service, resolve customer complaints, and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Establish and enhance operational systems, merchandise assortment, and service standards based on customer needs.
