Job summary

Clarist Resources Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Store Manager for a premium fashion brand in Singapore. You will lead store operations, drive sales performance, and build a high-performing team to maximise productivity and profitability while delivering exceptional client service.

You will coach and develop the store team, manage performance, and collaborate with regional leadership to implement strategies.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of Store Management experience within retail or service industry.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Outlet retail experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store productivity, sales planning, and performance against business targets.
• Develop and execute action plans to drive sales, productivity, and profitability.
