Job summary

A technology company in Singapore is looking for a Retail Sales Executive to manage customer accounts and boost sales in the retail electrical segment. This field-based role requires frequent travel and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have sales experience in relevant sectors and must possess their own transportation. Training will be provided for fresh graduates who demonstrate the right attitude, ensuring they become effective in their client interactions and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, electrical, hardware, or retail sectors.
  • Friendly, persuasive communicator with good organizational skills.
  • Must have own transport and be willing to travel frequently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate in English, Malay, and Chinese dialects.

Responsibilities

  • Regularly visit retail customers to take orders and promote featured products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, resellers, and electricians.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on deliveries, payment collections, and resolution of issues.
  • Monitor and report market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
  • Conduct outstation trips to cover assigned territories.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and earn commissions based on sales and collections.

Role Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to manage existing customer accounts and drive sales growth in the retail electrical segment. This is a field-based role ideal for candidates who enjoy client interactions, relationship-building, and ensuring smooth operations from order placement to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regularly visit retail customers to take orders and promote featured products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, resellers, and electricians.
  • Ensure timely follow‑ups on deliveries, payment collections, and resolution of issues.
  • Monitor and report market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
  • Conduct outstation trips (approximately 2 weeks per month) to cover assigned territories.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and earn commissions based on sales and collections.
  • Participate in training sessions and product briefings to stay updated on offerings.
Requirements
