Job summary

EXTRA SPACE SINGAPORE HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations, maintenance, and enhancement of assigned properties, ensuring safety, tenant satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.

You will lead a maintenance team, manage service providers, and drive cost-efficiency while supporting ESG initiatives and marketing/ leasing strategies. The role involves project management of ad-hoc fit-outs and occasional regional travel to supervise operations across locations.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Estate Management, Building Maintenance, or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Solid experience in property or facilities management and knowledge of property regulations.
• Proven track record in Integrated Facilities Maintenance contracts management.
• Strong leadership and project management skills; ability to travel regionally.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with clients and tenants.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of assigned properties.
• Lead a team in carrying out repair works and maintenance programs.
• Supervise contractors and service providers to ensure top performance.
• Implement inspection schedules and statutory compliance.
• Support marketing and leasing strategies to improve occupancy.
• Drive ESG initiatives and green certification processes.
• Occasionally travel in the region for property supervision and projects.
