Qualifications

• Experience in property operations and building services management.
• Experience managing cleaning, security, pest control and other term service contractors.
• Ability to oversee concierge or reception operations and maintain service standards.
• Familiarity with tenant liaison, encroachment checks and renovation application processes.

• Support day-to-day property operations for a mixed development.
• Manage and monitor term service contractors to maintain standards.
