Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with retail systems, inventory management, and ERP platforms is advantageous.
• Strong reporting, data analysis, and presentation capabilities.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational liaison for the retail organization and support during critical business periods.
• Ensure consistent execution of retail SOPs, policies, and operational standards across boutiques and counters.
• Lead audits, health & safety, and governance initiatives; close corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain retail performance reporting including sales, traffic, and dashboards.
• Coordinate store openings, relocations, renovations, and closures; manage administrative tasks.
• Manage inventory replenishment, stock availability, aging inventory, and sell-through risks across channels.
• Support planning of new launches, events, and retail initiatives to maximize performance.
• Provide reporting support and collaborate with HR, Finance, and vendors for lifecycle events.
