Job summary

CHANEL Singapore seeks a Senior Merchandising Manager to translate collection intent into regional product strategies, guiding markets with a strong brand lens. The role focuses on defining regional strategies, leading pre-buy to post-buy activities, and ensuring fashion authority and local relevance across SEAA.

You will orchestrate the collection cycle, establish KPI-based governance, and drive cross-functional collaboration to optimize inventory and performance regionally.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in merchandising and buying within luxury fashion.
• Strong product sensitivity, commercial judgment and understanding of market dynamics.
• Ability to translate regional strategy into actionable plans and measurable actions.

Responsibilities

• Define regional category strategies, collection priorities and business ambitions across SEAA.
• Lead regional/core buys for assigned categories with market input and efficiency.
• Establish performance governance with KPIs and regular business reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment to enable seamless execution across markets.
• Identify inventory risks and opportunities and optimize stock through transfers and actions.
