Quantum Leap Career Consultancy Pte Ltd is seeking a Retail Operations Manager to partner with the Retail Manager in executing retail strategies across Singapore stores and drive commercial targets and operational excellence.

The role emphasizes KPI tracking, data consolidation, and coordination of retail initiatives with cross-functional teams, including store managers and department heads. A strong background in retail operations and proficiency in MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in Retail/ Fashion / FMCG industry.
• High proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Attention to detail with excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to interact with staff and management.
• Possess good command of written and spoken English.
• Prioritize workload, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines for various ad hoc tasks and able to work in fast-paced working environment.
• Strong sense of responsibility, stable, self-motivated, highly result-oriented and problem-solving with positive working attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support the Retail Manager in tracking all relevant retail KPIs and consolidate sales data for weekly reporting.
• Prepare analysis based on data and trends to propose action plans.
• Coordinate and assist in execution of retail initiatives and projects across Singapore.
• Prepare presentation decks and materials for weekly/monthly/quarterly retail meetings.
• Calculate monthly sales commissions and incentives for the retail team based on targets.
• Provide support in in-store events and interactions with stakeholders across departments.
