The role requires strong analytics, ERP experience, and the ability to translate data into actions that boost sales and service quality while maintaining Chanel's premium standards.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong reporting, data analysis, and presentation capabilities.
• Experience with retail systems, inventory management, and ERP platforms is advantageous.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex information and communicate with clarity.
• Maintains close connection to store realities and frontline needs.
• Builds collaborative relationships across a diverse retail network.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Retail Operations Management across boutiques and counters.
• Ensure SOPs, policies and governance are followed.
• Lead audits, safety, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate store openings, relocations, closures.
• Prepare retail performance reporting and dashboards.
• Collaborate with HR for onboarding and training.
• Drive inventory replenishment and stock availability.
• Support commercial performance analyses and business reviews.
• Lead CSR, sustainability and cross-functional governance.
