Job summary

LVMH is seeking a Retail Operations Executive to oversee daily operations of Singapore boutiques and support regional standards across SEAA. You will drive operational excellence, manage inventory, oversee vendor relationships, and coordinate performance initiatives with local teams.

Reporting to the Retail Excellence Director, SEAA, you will conduct boutique visits, train staff on POS systems and procedures, ensure compliance with local regulations, and optimize stock flows while controlling

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in store operations, luxury retail preferred.
• Strong POS, stock management knowledge.
• Familiar with local laws including AML and import/export regs.
• Vendor relationship management and budgeting capabilities.
• Analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and align with regional policies.
• Monitor inventory, stock movements and shrinkage control.
• Coordinate retail performance initiatives to drive sales and experience.
• Train boutique teams on systems, procedures, and POS operations.
• Visit boutiques to ensure compliance with guidelines and local policies.
